FIVE grew from a repeated lesson: depth of knowledge creates calm, clearer judgement and the ability to act with greater honesty.
That lesson was first tested in demanding operational environments and then carried into leadership, performance coaching and elite sport. The context changed. The value of clear standards, strong communication and quality application did not.
